It has seen a lot of revitalization recently, so you'll encounter a mix of new & older homes in various conditions. You may encounter some neglected homes & maybe even a stray animal. Guests are able to self check-in using a smartlock. The entry codes are sent to the guests the day of check-in once the rental agreement is signed. <b>Easy Check-In Process 🏡</b> It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
