While it won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is consistently maintained about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air. For example, if it’s 60°F outside, you can expect the pool to be a comfortable 75-85°F—perfect for a relaxing swim. We’re happy to provide this added comfort at no extra charge, so you can focus on enjoying your stay. Please note that pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions. *** ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
