This home is located in an old quiet neighborhood in downtown San Antonio. Our neighborhood has become a prime location to set up Airbnb's due to its proximity to downtown, the Riverwalk, and the Pearl Brewery area, which has seen amazing growth in recent years. You can get to popular locations, like the Pearl Brewery, San Pedro Park, The River Walk, the Alamo, the Alamodome, Frost Bank Center (formerly AT&T Center), and more in just a few minutes via Uber or Lyft. There is free parking for one car in the garage and one more in the driveway, as well as free street parking. The home features keyless entry with a keypad and is secured by Eufy Security. Easy Check-In Process It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
