The tub has jacuzzi jets and an over-tub table so you can bring a book or beverage to relax. The hallway full bathroom includes a shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both restrooms. <b>☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆</b> Our kitchen is STOCKED! You'll be part of the group even while attending to the cooking with our open layout. We have an island with extra storage and kitchen amenities as well as a full coffee bar! Our large heated pool welcomes you as you enter the property and walk past our large 8-person outside dining table, complete with large fans and lights for al fresco dining at night. The Bluetooth sound system will keep you entertained from the pool, to the green space, to the dining area. We have a selection of gym equipment so you can work out on our green space or inside. The green space is within view of the large outside TV so you can watch your favorite yoga or workout video. <b>**ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL**</b> Our heated pool offers a delightful way to enjoy the water year-round! While it won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is consistently maintained about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air. For example, if it’s 60°F outside, you can expect the pool to be a comfortable 75-80°F—perfect for a relaxing swim. In extreme cold and freezing temperatures, though, we cannot run the heater because it will burn it up. We’re happy to provide this added comfort at no extra charge, so you can focus on enjoying your stay. Other Details to Note
You may park your group's cars inside the sliding metal gate on the rock driveway, but not past the wooden gate please. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am to be courteous to our neighbors and the owners who live in the front house.

A sprawling 25 blocks of downtown San Antonio is distinguished as the historic King William District. On the south bank of the San Antonio River, 19th century residences have been preserved and often reincarnated into cafes, art galleries, museums and shops. In the late 1800s, the King William District was the most elegant residential area in the city. Prominent German merchants originally settled this district and brought with them a distinct architectural style. It was zoned as the state's first historic district, and remains a fashionable neighborhood to this day.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy the entire house, pool, and back area with complete privacy. Our home is separated from you by a locked fence and we will not be in your rented space. You will have complete private access to the rock driveway inside the gate. We keep a hallway cabinet and closet locked for extra supplies. Easy Check-In Process🏡 It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Walking is the easiest way to explore the district, but numerous public and private transportation options exist, as well. B Cycle, the city's rent-by-the-hour bicycle service, has several locations in the neighborhood, and Uber is the area's favorite car hire operation, providing easy and inexpensive ways to reach every corner of the city. Via, the city's bus service, has stops all along St Mary's Street, just a half-block from the house, providing access to downtown, the big-box stores of SE Military Drive and the entire service area in San Antonio.
